Snow leopards are found in the mountains of Asia. They are strong hunters that usually hunt sheep and goats. Once snow leopards have killed their prey, they stay close to the body of the dead animal to stop other animals from stealing it off them. The snow leopard is strong enough to take down and kill prey three times their own size.
The weight of the snow leopard averages of 27 and 55 kilograms. The snow leopard is rated endangered. The eye color of the snow leopard ( unlike most cats) varies from pale green to a greyish sort of color.
